Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Booking and Payment

A booking is confirmed once the client has signed the service agreement and paid the required deposit or full amount. The required payment will be displayed at checkout.

2. Client Cancellations

Clients must submit cancellation requests in writing.

• More than 14 days before the booking: Any refund will be calculated after deducting reasonable, documented costs already incurred, where legally permitted.
• 7–14 days before the booking: Reasonable costs incurred and losses directly resulting from the cancellation may be deducted, subject to applicable law.
• Less than 7 days before the booking: Additional reasonable cancellation costs may apply, subject to applicable law.

Any remaining refundable amount will be returned to the client. Cancellation charges will not exceed what is legally permitted.

3. Rescheduling

Clients may request a change of date or time in writing. Rescheduling is subject to availability and written confirmation. Additional charges may apply if disclosed in advance and justified by additional costs.

4. Cancellation by ImagePro

If ImagePro cancels a booking and cannot provide an agreed replacement date or alternative service, the client will receive a refund for services not provided, subject to applicable law.

5. Weather and Emergencies

If severe weather, illness, venue restrictions, equipment failure, or other unforeseen circumstances prevent a scheduled session or event from proceeding, ImagePro will make reasonable efforts to arrange an alternative date or service.

If no suitable alternative can be agreed upon, any refund will be determined according to the services provided, costs incurred, the booking agreement, and applicable law.

6. Refunds

Completed services are generally non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law or the service has not been delivered as agreed.

Digital photographs, edited videos, and other completed deliverables are not refundable simply because a client changes their mind after delivery.

If delivered files are materially defective or incomplete, ImagePro will make reasonable efforts to correct or redeliver them. Other remedies will be provided where required by law or the service agreement.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will generally be initiated through the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
