Read our Cancellation & Refund Policy → Model sessions follow the cancellation terms in the model agreement.
Which package should I choose?
The middle package in each category fits most clients. It gives enough time to relax in front of the camera and enough images for everything from Instagram to print.
Why book photo and video together?
One shoot, one crew, one schedule. Combined packages cost less than booking each separately, and the saving shows on every card.
Do you shoot outside Vancouver?
Yes. ImagePro covers Burnaby, Surrey, Richmond, Coquitlam, New Westminster, Langley, the North Shore and the wider Lower Mainland. Travel is quoted by location.
What if it rains?
It's Vancouver, so we plan for it. Outdoor sessions come with a covered backup location or a free reschedule to the next available date, agreed in your contract.
Can I get my photos faster?
Rush editing starts at $100. Ask when you book so your session goes into the priority queue.
How do newborn sessions work?
Newborn sessions run 60 minutes to two hours, with time built in for feeding, settling and safe posing breaks. Your baby sets the pace. Book the Maternity-to-Newborn Bundle during pregnancy to hold both dates with one booking.
Who can join a family session?
Anyone you call family: kids on their own, parents with children, grandparents and extended family. Choose a studio or an outdoor spot. The Family Milestone Plan covers three sessions in a year for $749.
Do you offer drone footage?
Yes, from $250. Every flight is made by a Transport Canada certified RPAS pilot, with permits arranged where the location requires them.
