Questions
Live photos, answered.
Privacy: selfie search uses face matching only to find your photos. Model sessions and events with minors always use private galleries. To remove a photo, email hello@imageprovancouver.com.
Loved your photos? Leave us a review →How do I find my event photos?
Scan the QR code at the event, or enter the event code on this page. You’ll go straight to the live gallery, where new photos appear within seconds of being taken.
Is it free to look at the photos?
Yes. Scanning the QR code is free, and viewing the gallery is free when the host has chosen public or link-based access.
How much does it cost to download photos?
One full-resolution photo is $5, or three for $12. Physical prints are priced separately.
Can I find only the photos I’m in?
If the host turns on selfie search, you can take a selfie in the gallery and see just the photos you appear in. Face matching is used only for that search.
Who can see the photos?
That depends on the host’s choice: public, link-only or private access. Galleries for model sessions and events involving minors are always kept private.
Can I ask for a photo to be removed?
Yes. Email hello@imageprovancouver.com with the event name and the photo, and we’ll take it down.
Can I add live photo sharing to my own event?
Yes. Add “Live photo sharing” when you book any wedding, event, graduation, party or model session. It’s free for hosts; guests pay only for the photos they download.
